Thanks Tarun for conducting this innovative experiment and sharing your inputs. I wonder if this could be tried at a small scale in one state, for a common citizen service such as birth certificates. Perhaps a relatively more honest state CM could try this for a state administered service. Are there any examples of crowd sourced information gathering being used to prosecute corrupt government servants? Any evidence of how those have gone?
