Christelle is a senior program manager within the global education team at the Center for Global Development. Prior to joining CGD, she worked as an educator domestically as well as abroad in both Thailand and Honduras. During her graduate studies, in which she focused on education policy and research, she co-authored a chapter on using radio education to mitigate climate change in Haiti in a book published by Springer on the role of universities in education and climate change. She was responsible for managing the CGD Education Policy Tracker on how education systems around the world responded to the pandemic. She earned a M.Ed in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA from The George Washington University
