Steven is a policy consultant and researcher focussed on cross-sectoral issues in international development. He is currently a consultant at IWWAGE (Initiative for What Works to Advance Women and Girls in the Economy), a gender research and advocacy organisation based in New Delhi, working on gender statistics and Monitoring and Evaluation with the Government of India. Previously, he worked on state-level education policies in north India, and has worked in Cambodia with the Peace Corps and UNICEF on health and social policy. Steven completed his Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago in 2018 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
