Anne Hilger

Anne is an Economist in the Social Protection and Jobs global practice at the World Bank and a DIAL affiliated researcher. Anne’s research focuses on human development, especially on early childhood development, the role and measurement of socio-emotional skills, and service delivery. She works primarily in developing countries, with a current focus on Africa. Anne holds a Ph.D. in economics from the Paris School of Economics.
