Mario Macis

Mario Macis, PhD (Economics, University of Chicago) is an Assistant Professor in the research track with expertise in the areas of labor and human resources economics, health economics and experimental economics. He joined the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in 2010. Prior to joining Carey, he was Assistant Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. Mario Macis is also Associate Faculty at the Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and Research Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA). Since 2012, he is co-Editor of the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) Labor and Organizations & Markets Abstracts eJournals.
