Nafisa Lohawala is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of Michigan. Prior to starting her Ph.D., she received a BS-MS Dual Degree in Economics with a minor in Computer Science and Engineering (Algorithms) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Her research interests are industrial organisation, public finance, and development economics.
