Nivedita Mantha currently works as a research consultant with the World Bank on development economics and political economy projects. She holds a Master's in International Economics from the Graduate Institute, Geneva, with a focus in development economics.
She has previously been a researcher at the Digital Identity Research Initiative (DIRI) at the Indian School of Business (ISB), where she worked on projects assessing the linking of Aadhaar, India's biometric identification to the delivery of social welfare schemes, mainly NREGA and PDS.
