Purva Khera

Purva Khera is an Economist at the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Her research focuses on building macroeconomic general equilibrium models for policy analysis. Purva has deep knowledge of gender analysis in economics, and has been actively engaged in assessing the macroeconomic impact of gender inequality and informality, with a focus on India. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in economics from the University of Cambridge, and completed her B.A. (Hons.) in economics from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.
