Rajiv Gupta

Rajiv Gupta is a Senior Professor of Civil Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani India. He has over 30 years of experience in teaching and research. He has published more than 150 papers in international and national journals and conferences. He has reviewed more than 150 papers, supervised 10 doctoral candidates, and executed sponsored research projects worth more than a million dollars. He has developed several applications using machine learning, remote sensing, and artificial intelligence applicable to several key social problems. He is leader in the field of water management systems in rural areas. He has served as the Dean, and the Head of Department, and has contributed to many large scale expansion plans at BITS.
