Rohan Barad

Rohan Barad is a Communications Officer at IGC India and Ideas 4 India – I4I. Rohan is currently also engaged as an Associate - Policy Communications at The Quantum Hub in New Delhi, a public policy consulting firm. Prior to TQH, Rohan worked as an External Policy Consultant with Josh Talks to build policy & government engagement efforts for JT's partner - Meta (formerly Facebook) on their Data for Good program.

Previously, Rohan has worked on building policy and communications efforts at Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW) and the Centre for Social and Economic Progress (formerly Brookings India). Rohan graduated in Political Science from the University of Delhi. He has worked several with think tanks and international organizations to build strategic communications and policy research.
