Sai Pramod Bathena

Sai Pramod Bathena is the founder of Alokit, India’s premier school leadership and K-12 education leadership development organisation. Alokit trains school leaders on evidence based school management practices to improve foundational literacy and numeracy skills, create positive school culture to foster safety and well-being of students.

He is a passionate educator and dreams of making quality education accessible to all children in India, particularly for students from the marginalised sections of the society. He is a Teach For India alumnus and has over a decade of experience in designing and implementing large scale educational interventions to improve student outcomes.

Sai Pramod pursued his MS in Digital Radio from Telecom ParisTech, France, and holds a Master of Engineering degree.
