Sam Norris is Assistant Professor at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago. He uses statistical tools to study questions in criminal justice, education, and development economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Northwestern University, and his work has been supported by the National Institutes of Justice and the National Science Foundation.
