Sidharth Santhosh is a Senior Research Associate at the Accountability Initiative (AI) where they are researching social accountability and responsive and collaborative governance practices. This includes research on how bureaucrats learn welfare governance, navigate convergence between policies, and manage citizen-state coalitions in India. They support the capacity-building of early-stage NGOs, university students, and bureaucrats.

Prior to joining AI, Sidharth consulted at IIEP-UNESCO where they drafted a study that analysed the role played by the middle-tier in education reforms across five emerging economies. They hold a Masters in Public Policy and Economics from Sciences Po, Paris, and a Bachelors in Economics from Christ University, Bangalore.
