Yasmin Ali Haque is UNICEF Representative to India since July 2017. With over 24 years of service in UNICEF, starting her career in Bangladesh, Yasmin has held leadership roles in the Office of Emergency Programmes, South Sudan, Ghana, and Sri Lanka. Dr. Haque’s leadership and professional experience spans over a wide range of fields including policy analysis, strategic planning for women’s and child rights, child-centric development programming, and large-scale responses for children in humanitarian crisis.
