Shree Saha is a Tata-Cornell Ph.D. Scholar in the field of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. Her research interests span women's empowerment, maternal and child nutrition, financial inclusion, and development. Prior to joining Cornell, she has worked as a Research Associate in Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR) on topics like rural financial literacy and the aspirations of young farmers across India. Shree holds an M. Phil. and Master’s degree in Economics from IGIDR and a Bachelor's degree from Jadavpur University.
