Surbhi Ghai is a research associate at ICRIER. Her research interests include gender and labour markets. She is currently working on a project commissioned by the Ford Foundation on evaluating India’s employment scenario. She has contributed to multiple research projects at ICRIER, most recently on the Future of Work for the G20 in consultation with the Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India. Surbhi holds a Master’s degree in Economics from University College London, and a BA (Hons.) in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi.
