Jothsna Rajan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Industrial and Management Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Her research interests are in organisation theory and change, with a focus on public administration and governance. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a PGDM (MBA) in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Indore, and a BTech in Electrical Engineering from Kerala University.
