Dr. Sushma Taywade is a Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellow (PMRDF) under the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) working in Mandla district, Madhya Pradesh. Her primary area of focus is rural health care development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from Pandit Khushilal Sharma Government Ayurveda Medical College, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) and a Master’s degree in Hospital Administration from Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya Vishva Vidyalaya at Indore (Madhya Pradesh).
Prior to PMRDF, she worked as a quality consultant for ISO certification for government institutions under NRHM at Maharashtra.
