Anjali P Verma is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Texas at Austin (UT). Her research fields are labour, education, and development. She is primarily interested in questions related to women's labour supply, education policies, and determinants of achievement gaps among students. Her current work focusses on understanding the impact of exclusionary discipline policies and disciplinary alternative schools on short-run as well as long-run outcomes of students. Before joining UT, she was a Lecturer at the University of Delhi.
