Subhadeep Halder is a Ph.D. candidate at the Indian Statistical Institute, Delhi, where he is conducting research in applied macroeconomics under the supervision of Professor Chetan Ghate. His work focuses on the intersection of macroeconomics and finance, with a particular emphasis on financial intermediation, issues related to sovereign debt, and digital currencies. Subhadeep holds a B.A. (Honors) in Economics from Delhi University and an M.A. in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. He is currently based at New York University Abu Dhabi, where he serves as an Assistant Instructor of Economics.
