Abhimanyu Gahlaut

Abhimanyu Gahlaut holds an M.Phil. in Economic Research from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. (H) in Economics from University of Delhi. Prior to joining the IGC, Abhimanyu worked for the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning in Rwanda as an ODI fellow. During his time in Rwanda, he supported the ministry in formulation of the country’s second five-year development plan (EDPRS 2), specifically working on projects related to urbanization, export growth, and climate-change financing.Currently, he works as an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer in Government of India
