Chandrasekhar Bhuyan

Chandrasekhar is a Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellow (PMRDF) under the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD). Prior to PMRDF, he was a fellow with Teach for India. He has also worked with Infosys Technologies as a software professional. He holds a master's degree in management in information technology.
