Kshovan Guha
PMRDF
Kshovan Guha is a Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellow (PMRDF) under the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) at Gaya district, Bihar. Before joining PMRDF, he has worked as Chief Executive at the Bihar Rural Livelihood Promotion Society (BRLPS).
He has completed his M.Sc. (Agriculture) from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya and M.B.A. in Rural Management from KIIT University, Orissa.
