Dr Narhari Rao is the Deputy Country Director at the Asian Development Bank, India Resident Mission. Before joining the ADB, he has worked in the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India and also held various assignments in the Government of India. He holds a D.Phil. in Economics from Oxford University and Bachelor's degree from St. Stephens College, New Delhi.
