Rahul is a finance professional having experience of working with Reserve Bank of India and Ministry of Finance (as a Prime Minister's development fellow) . Apart from that, he has also worked for major investment bank (Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley). His expertise lies in econometrics modelling , economic policy research and tracking global growth trajectory. He has completed CFA, FRM and PRM. He holds BE from BITS Mesra, Ranchi and MBA in Finance from IMT Ghaziabad. He is currently working as a consultant to a major US Bank.

Should India reconsider participating in e-commerce negotiations at the WTO ?
India is planning to bring about a national e-commerce policy. However, the government has decided to stay away from negotiations at the World Trade Organization platform to set international e-commerce rules due to many concerns.
