Rakesh Chandra

Rakesh Chandra is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Health Policy, Planning and Management at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.
He holds a PhD in Regional Development from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi. Prior to his current role, he worked internationally in development programmes and policy consulting, with a focus on the design and evaluation of social and health intervention policies and programmes.
